Estimates

In order to give you an estimate we will need a property legal description. 

Before requesting an estimate, you will need  copy of the most recent recorded deed, which can be found at the Register of Deeds Office in the County your property is located in. A tax reciept also has your legal description of the property on it, but is often abbreviated.

If you are dividing your parent parcel, please check with your local zoning administrator for lots size and width.
